The Zeroridge silver level remote support is actioned via email from the Web server-Pro. An engineer will investigate your operational questions via the Webserver and report on findings where possible. Alternations and operational changes may be implemented remotely. This service a 9-5, 5 days service excludes holidays. If corrections cannot be made remotely the responsible site person will be contacted and advised of condtion.
