By purchasing this one incident, it allows of Zeroridge support team to assist with the issue initially reported. Other matters, design services or matters not directly related may require additional support purchases.
This support purchase limits time to 60 minutes and three phone conversations. The Zeroridge support team reserves the right to extend or reduce service on circumstances.
